Now Open… New Ladies Only Area!

…Now Open ‘Ladies Only Gym’ within our facilities!  This offers women the option of working out with confidence on brand new, state of the art equipment alongside other women. Each piece of equipment has been carefully selected to to ensure they work all those problem areas we women struggle to maintain, along with a full range of brand new cardio equipment…Not only that they’ll also be a soft area for stretching and floor work using equipment such as Bosu Balls to work the core…

 

Our current gym facilities remain unisex and open to all.

The Launch of our New Clothing Range!!

Fosse Fitness is proud to announce the launch of our new clothing range.

We have two garment styles available; breathable, quick-wick training/sports vests available in Black, M/L/XL, as well as 100% Cotton T-shirts available in White, M/L/XL, both sporting our new Fosse Fitness brand logo!

Our T-shirts are £6 each and the Vests are £8, and are on sale at reception, they both look great and feel even better on, not to mention making you feel a part of our club.

British Heart Foundation

Fosse Fitness is delighted to announce its partnership with the British Heart Foundation.  Over the course of the year we will be doing lots of fundraising activities to raise money for this fantastic charity and we’ll be needing the help of our wonderful members too!  Don’t worry though, we’ll make it fun!
